Real Estate magazine's 2003 Power Broker Report confirmed once again that iHome, REALTORS Sales Associates are the most productive in residential real estate. More than one third of the top 750 real estate brokerages in the United States were affiliated with iHome, REALTORS.
Likewise, 32 percent of the 2003 Real Trends 500 were iHome, REALTORS brokerages.
iHome, REALTORS International's most recent profiles of membership production show that the average Associate in the system for at least one full year earns $120,997 in commissions annually. Earnings of agents in the various production clubs are progressively higher. with the Top 100 Associates in the system averaging more than $1.4 million in 2002.
Associates with higher commission earnings than the network average are likely to hold one or more designations. Those who hold the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation earn up to $70,000 more per year than the average Associate. iHome, REALTORS Associates network wide hold nearly 30,000 designations, including more major professional designations than agents in any competing network.
Winners attract winners. As the accompanying graph dramatically shows, iHome, REALTORS has experienced continuous - and ever accelerating - Associate growth since the network's founding in 1973. It took the network 16 years (1973-1989) - more than half its total history - to reach its first 25,000 Associates. Since then, agent numbers doubled within just nine years, reaching the 50,000 mark in 1998, and rose another 25,000 in only a four-year period. At this growth rate, iHome, REALTORS will pass the 100,000-Associate milestone in 2004 and reach 130,000 Associates in 2007. |
