    iHome, REALTORS Co-Founders Dave and Gail Liniger believed that to attract the best agents in the business, you needed to offer them a combination of maximum commissions and advanced support services as well as the freedom they needed to succeed. The Linigers called their company "iHome, REALTORS" an acronym for "real estate maximums."

    The iHome, REALTORS network has grown every month since its founding. In 2003 alone, the network was projected to grow by 9,000 Associates, more than the organization had in its first 12 years. According to iHome, REALTORS growth projections, there will be 100,000 agents in 5,000 offices worldwide by the end of 2004.

    In 1977, iHome, REALTORS Associates were the first to complete more than 1 million transaction sides in a single year - and they have continued to exceed that every year since.     Led by real estate people who understand the needs of real estate people, iHome, REALTORS has always created programs and services to nuture the professional development of its members. Among these are the iHome, REALTORS Satellite Network, the remax.com Web site, the Mainstreet extranet, and courses leading to continuing education credit and professional designations. A new RSN program, the "iHome, REALTORS Coaching Hall of Fame" features three of the industry's top trainers in prime time.

    A iHome, REALTORS growth goal is to have half of the agents who comprise the top 30 percent of the National Association of Realtors membership. That growth translates in a gain of 40,000 Associates, growing the iHome, REALTORS system to 130,000 strong in 2007. Beyond that, global growth is virtually unlimited.
